1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kilovip platform — including the website at kilovip.org, its subdomains, its mobile browser interface, casino games, sports betting markets, or payment services — you ("the Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and kilovip with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and kilovip relating to its subject matter.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a kilovip employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kilovip, nor has your kilovip account been permanently closed by kilovip for a conduct-related reason.

Age Verification

kilovip reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, kilovip may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to real-money games on the account in question.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use. kilovip reserves the right to withhold winnings accrued on accounts where age verification has not been completed or where the player was found to be under 18.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use kilovip's real-money services — including casino games, sports betting, and deposits — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) kilovip account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

kilovip accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your kilovip account balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.

All funds deposited into kilovip must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds from third parties into your kilovip account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

General Bonus Conditions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on kilovip — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules for each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the betting interface.

• Bets are final once confirmed. kilovip does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where the specific market rules state otherwise.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. Typically, abandoned matches result in all bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting markets close at the point determined by kilovip's trading system. kilovip reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault) will be voided, and stakes returned. kilovip's decision on pricing errors is final.

Casino & Slot Games

• Creating more than one kilovip account per individual.

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
• Colluding with other players, using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in kilovip's platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected fault must be reported to kilovip immediately and will be void.

kilovip reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kilovip may: void all bets and game results associated with the conduct; suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit any balances or winnings; and report the matter to relevant authorities in Bangladesh where legally required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kilovip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at kilovip staff or other users.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case kilovip will provide reasonable prior notice via the registered contact method.

Closure by the Player

You may close your kilovip account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written account closure request from your registered email address. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. kilovip will attempt to contact you via your registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy-related fee or balance adjustment. 9. Liability & Disclaimer

The kilovip platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While kilovip takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate game and odds data, kilovip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kilovip's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your kilovip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kilovip is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
